Anne-Merelie Murrell

Current Chief Executive  Officer / Chairman of the Board

 

Since purchasing the company in 1991, Anne-Merelie has been an active owner and the CEO of Giroux Glass, Inc.  She is dedicated to maintaining Giroux’s status as one of the nation’s most successful glazing contractors through her commitment to cutting-edge technology, top-quality service and customer satisfaction.  Anne-Merelie has been recognized personally (“The big 50 -- The Glass Industry’s 50 Most Influential People,” US Glass Magazine, 2008) while having successfully led the Giroux team in achieving Industry recognition for the past 23 years.  In December, 2014, she will hand the CEO reins to Nataline Lomedico, and continue to act as an integral part of the team in her role as Chairman of the Board.   

Nataline Lomedico

Chief Financial Officer / Appointed Chief Executive Officer

 

Since 2002, Nataline has been directly responsible for all financial aspects of Giroux Glass. Prior to Giroux, she worked in the Construction Industry in finance and accounting roles for over 24 years, mostly within executive management roles.  Nataline has served as Controller to large corporations as well as run her own small business, all of it adding to her wealth of valuable Industry expertise. Nataline has played a pivotal role in the success and growth of Giroux Glass, as an inspirational leader and as the driving force behind transitioning Giroux to the employee-owned company which it is today. . She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.  On December 31, 2014, she will succeed Anne-Merelie as the company CEO.

Robert (Bob) Burkhammer

President

 

Bob was elected as President of Giroux Glass by his colleagues in 2010. He has performed in a variety of roles within the glazing industry for over 30 years, and has been a valued member of Giroux since 1996. A native of Southern California, Bob acquired his expertise while working his way up, in hands-on roles as journeyman, superintendent, project manager and estimator.  His vast experience has led to his proficiency at each level of every project, while his skill and insight serve him well in anticipating client needs to surpass their expectations and in effectively leading the Giroux team.

Stephanie Lamb

Vice President of Operations 

 

As head of Operations, and based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Stephanie is integrally involved in all stages of Giroux’s projects, from estimating all the way through to project completion. Stephanie has acquired over 30 years of industry experience, specializes in the management of large-scale construction projects and has been involved to some degree in every hotel on the Las Vegas “Strip.” Her construction expertise enables her to fully understand and often predict customer requirements, and to effectively guide her Operations staff.  Stephanie  has been with Giroux since 2000.

Jerod Allen

Director of Business Development

 

Jerod brings extensive knowledge of information technology acquired from over 15 years’ experience in various industries.  Originally from Nebraska, Jerod is a forward-thinker who incorporates best practices with strategic technological integration and automation to optimize and standardize processes.  Jerod correlates these practices with research and product development initiatives to drive sustainable profitability.  Jerod holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.  He has been with Giroux for over six years and is based in Las Vegas.

Barbara Kotsos

Director of Marketing/Public Relations

 

Barbara brings her extensive knowledge of marketing and communications initiatives and provides us with strategic guidance, direction, and project execution. Her best marketing practices have been gleaned from over 25 years of experience in diverse industries that include B2B and B2C strategies in high tech, office automation, and industry services. Although new to Giroux, she especially enjoys merging her marketing expertise with her passion for design and architecture.  A native of Canada, Barbara holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCLA, and an MBA in Marketing from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate Management Center.

Michelle Fainberg

CAD Department Manager

 

Michelle oversees Giroux’s shop drawing and fabrication drawing package process, and specializes in streamlining their processes.  Michelle’s talented  team provides a unique and particular benefit to clients with complicated projects, by rendering detailed drawings to illustrate the finished product of intricate designs.  A native of Los Angeles, Michelle is a graduate of the University of Southern California, holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree, and has been a member of the Los Angeles-based Giroux team since 1996.

Bob Linford

Commercial / Sales Department Manager

 

Bob’s career began in Ogden, Utah as a glazing apprentice in 1967. After serving in the Marine Corps, he attended Weber State in Utah, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in General Business. He has worked in the glazing industry throughout his career, which included successfully running his family-owned glass and glazing company for 19 years. Bob’s expertise spans from storefront and curtain wall fabrication, to installation and repair. He currently manages both the Sales and Commercial Departments for Giroux Glass, and has been with the company for nearly ten years.

Rick Mausolf

High-End Design / Service Department Manager

 

A native of Long Island, Rick got his start in the glass industry as a glass cutter in New York before heading West. Rick has over 30 years experience in the industry; he  had worked as a glazier for several glass companies in NY and California  prior to  Giroux’s  acquisition of  Dee’s Glass in  1997. With that purchase, the original Design-Residential group was started, and in 1998, Rick took on the role of managing the new group.  He brings his decades of hands-on glazing experience to his role of overseeing all projects and personnel in the High-End Design and Service Departments.

Ilse Baeck

Legal / Human Resources Manager

 

Ilse has worked for Giroux Glass since 1998, having arrived here from Austria. She started as an Administrative Assistant before taking on subsequent roles as Contract Administrator, Assistant Controller, and prior to taking on her current  and joint positions as Giroux’s Legal and HR Manager. Ilse holds a degree in Economics from Vienna’s Handelsakademie, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. She is currently finalizing requirements to receive her  HR Management Certification from University of Redlands.
